Shipping Policy

Every EzCookieCuts cookie cutter, stamp and stencil is 3D printed to order in San Gabriel, California.

Processing time
Orders are printed and shipped within [3-5] business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). Custom orders and large sets can take up to [7-10] business days. During busy seasons, like the weeks before Halloween and Christmas, processing may take a little longer. We'll email you if your order will be delayed.

Shipping within the United States
We ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, using [USPS Ground Advantage]. Delivery usually takes [2-5] business days after the order ships.

International shipping

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Digital STL files
Digital files are not shipped. Your download link is available right after checkout and is also sent to your email.

Wrong address, lost or damaged packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If tracking shows your package as lost, or it arrives damaged, email us at ezcookiecuts@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
